Ashley is a street cat that won the hearts of a couple.  When they realized that she was going to have kittens, she was pampered and loved.  Unfortunately, their home was not going to be her forever home.

Ashley is not shy, she greets new people quickly and wants you to show her affection.  She has been very gentle with the volunteers at the shelter and should do well with childern.

Her coloring is called a Dilute.  With the 3 or 4 variations of color, she is classified with the
Calico but her Tabby line blends the colors into a very unique soft pattern.  She is one that could disappear into the background.  Her rescuer said that she was an amazing hunter but outdoor cats have quite a short lifespan.
