Elmer was dumped in the country with several other dogs. He gets along well with other dogs. He is a very happy, high energy, dog. He would do best with an active family that likes to take him for walks or play ball. He is learning to walk on a leash. He was introduced to a kitten recently and didn't chase or bark so we believe he would do well with cats.

Elmer is living with a foster at this time and requires an appointment to meet him. His foster does bring him to some adoption events, so view his attendence for each event.
