Jeff was apparently dumped in the country and luckily found his way to a kind family that helped him.

Jeff was with another smaller terrier type male and was clearly the more submissive pup.  He is really playful and does walk on leash.  His basic commands are weak but he is really SMART....and wants to please.  With some consistent direction, he can be an awesome addition to a family.  Just needs a little TLC.
