Bailey was rescued from a parking area at a retail business.  Attempts to find any owner was not successful.  Covered with fleas and low weight indicated he had not been cared for recently.  Sweet personality, loves to play and makes almost anything into a toy.  Has some separation anxiety, we believe he is part of a litter that was dumped as there have been several similar pups found in our area.
