Boots is a street rescue.  He was friended by a couple that provided him food and water but it became clear that he was not doing well with the other street cats.  He adjusted well to indoor living and now has been fully vetted.  

Boots is an affectionate, attention seeking guy.  He wants to have a human in his life!
