Ralphie was rescued from the Clinton Pound, this little guy had been dumped on the streets.  Ralphie is very loving and sweet.  He likes to cuddle and always seems to have a smile on his face.  From what the foster has witnessed, he seems to be house trained, crate trained, leash trained, and rides well in the car.
