Harlo is a female wire haired jack russell that was found roaming the streets in Clinton.  Her current foster picked her up, and after looking for the owner, is making her a temporary home. 

Harlo loves to play and be energetic but she is also very loving and likes to give kisses and be cuddled.  She is looking for a loving forever home with lots of love.  She is very good with other dogs, cats, and loves to be around kids as well.
