Radar is a street rescue, undernurished and in need of a bath.  He has made great progress in his foster home.  He loves attention and enjoys being with people.  He needs to be an indoor only dog with brief walks out of doors.  He has a great personality and is friendly, not like many terriers that seem to have an attitude.  Radar wants to please, he wants praise and attention.  He is social with other animals but may need some time to fully adjust.  He lives now with an older boxer and they get along well.  He has not been around small children, so we don't know how he will act in that situation.
