Willow was rescued from SWOSU after falling into a window well area by a building.  She was initially timid and now is so cuddly.  She is somewhat fearful of the outdoors so inside only is recommended.  So far this cat is not talking, at all, no meowing.  She is a groomer and just very neat cat.
