S.B. was picked up by animal control near the old Science Building after he had been rescued in Fay, Ok.  Not exactly sure how his story happened, apparently someone agreed to give him a home but then was not able to keep him.  Or he escaped from rescuer.  Attempts have been made to locate
an owner, but none were found. 

S.B. is a happy guy, wants to be with his foster mom as much as possible.  His coat is in good condition now after grooming.  He appears to have been allowed to do as he pleased or maybe he was just ignored, but he is now learning the basic obedience commands.  He is progressing fast, so he has the potential of being a great family pet. 

In the short time we have had him, we have not interacted with children yet, nor cats.  He was respectful of larger dogs and tried to be dominant with smaller ones.  The dominance may change in the future as he has just been neutered.
