Hancock was rescued from country road on July 3rd with fireworks already starting in the area.  He was trembling but not tramatized.  From his appearance, he had been on his own for awhile, covered in so many burrs he couldn't sit or lay without them penetrating his skin.

Hancock is now groomed, fixed and up to date on his shots.  His new foster home has several other small dogs (they taught his where the doggie door is) and young children that he loves!  This is one that just makes you smile, he has quirky ways of trying to communicate with his eyes and ears.  Then he doesn't understand why you are following his direction.

Breed identification is best guess, but this guy looks like the photos online for a mixed breed they are calling "Shiffon" (shi TzuXBrussels Griffon).  That is too cool!!
